ABOUT THIS BLOG

This blog is about gastronomy. But it is not written by professionals. What you will find here is a number of works done by 3º E.S.O. (14 – 15 years old) students from the bilingual program at I.E.S. Antonio Gala, in Palma del Río, Spain. The works will be written in English, French or Spanish, and they will deal with topics they’ll be learning about in different subjects, including Biology, Technologies, Physics and Chemistry, together with works they’ll do for the linguistic subjects. So expect works dealing with chemical processes, use of energy, carbon footprint, cultural issues, etc.
