Chemical changes in the kitchen A

Here we have six works made by 3º ESO “A” ‘s students that deal with the chemical processes and cooking.

Students have done videos and presentations explaining topics such as roast, the alcoholic or lactic fermentation, the importance of combustion, oxidation of food and some physical processes that take place when cooking. We hope you enjoy them!
