We go on publishing another set of works dealing with chemical changes in the kitchen. This videos and presentations have been made by 3º ESO “B” ‘s students. They have choosen the same topics, namely: roast, fermentation (alcoholic and lactic), combustion reaction, food’s oxidation and physical processes in the kitchen.
